• FREE Learning Lab: Mindfulness for Balance Over Burn-Out

    The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially designated burnout an “occupational phenomenon”. Professional burnout is on the rise as people around the world continue to adjust and cope with new restrictions in their work and personal lives. Mindfulness can be a superpower helping us relate to our stress better. By investigating what is causing our stress and ways we can shift our perspective to what is truly important, we can find more balance in our everyday lives. Led by Katie Garrett of McHenry County Conservation District, this first roundtable conversation will bring together professionals of all backgrounds to share stories of burnout and discuss concrete tools and methods to help you deal with stress better at work and at home, especially during the busy summer months.
